For the round island riders, esp those not familiar with the route, please look out for red arrows paint sprayed discreetly on the road at important intersections. Also there will be poster red arrows with our event logos on it mounted on strategic points to show you the direction. To further ensure that you do not land yourself in Butterworth, RELAs will be there to guide you.

ROUND ISLAND RIDES; GATHER IN FRONT OF TOWNHALL 6.15 AM. THE RIDING NUMBER WILL BE IN BLACK AS BELOW. PRE RIDE BRIEFING AT 6.45 AM. FLAG OFF AT 7.00 AM ACCOMPANIED BY CIMB DRUMMERS AND LION DANCE. (One water station at Sungai Rusa with bananas - pending availability)
TELUK BAHANG RIDES; GATHER IN FRONT OF TOWNHALL 7.15 AM. RIDING NUMBER WILL BE IN GREEN AS BELOW. PRE RIDE BRIEFING AT 7.45 AM. FLAG OFF AT 8 AM ACCOMPANIED BY CIMB DRUMMERS AND LION DANCE. (One water station in front of Hotel Mutiara)
FAMILY RIDES; GATHER IN FRONT OF TOWNHALL AT 8.15 AM. RIDING NUMBER WILL BE IN RED AS BELOW. PRE RIDE BRIEFING AT 8.30 AM AND FLAG OFF IMMEDIATELY. THE CIMB DRUMMERS WILL BE ON THE LORRY IN FRONT LEADING THE WAY. (One water station manned by G hotel in front of G hotel at Gurney Drive)
Water stations and availability of water and drinks after the event is our main concern. We hv 5000 bottles of plain water from PBA, isotonic drinks from Suntonic, green tea from Green Home, nutritious drink from Milo, and lastly G hotel will be sponsoring and manning the Gurney Drive and probably the Tlk Bahang water stations in front of Mutiara hotel
Please make sure you gather with the right group. Check your fellow riders riding number color. If it is the wrong color, one of you is in the wrong group. You may ended doing 80 Km round island instead of 12 Km family ride!!! For the route/map please refer and click on the map icon below.
Participants please take note of the timing and gather at your respectively holding pen according to your riding number color. We will start on time. If you are late, it may be a lonely ride.

Ini bukit saya dapat kayuh sampai baju kuning dua orang. Terpaksa cerita, maklumlah gambar tak de. 
Jumpa lagi rakan2. Dah lama tak update blog saya ni. Tak de idealah nak update. So, kali ni kita bercerita pulak tentang BM MTB yang saya dan kawan2 dah tempuhi. Route BM kali ini amat mencabar terutama sekali bab downhill. Kalau tak hati2 boleh terbang macam superman hari tu. Memang layan habis. Kali ni gambar saya bersama kawan2 dari Sri Iskandar, Taiping dan Salak tak banyak. Maklumlah kayuh "SORANG-SORANG". Kerja saya pagi ni ialah cilok gambar dari blog2 lain. Asalkan ada baju Orange Apple Green, terus je saya cilok. Demi kawan2 no problem.Memang azam di hati yang pertamanya saya nak habiskan 2 buah bukit yang betul2 mencabar fizikal dan minda dan yang ke duanya nak menamatkan kayuhan hari tu. Alhamdulillah, kebanyakan bukit dapat saya daki walaupun secara perlahan2 macam semut je. Yang sakit hati ialah tentang organiser hari tu. Tak salah rasanya kalau saya katakan depa tu kedekut, apa taknya 100+ sebotolpun tarak. Dahlah bila sampai check point 4 air mineral terpaksa kongsi dengan Jai. Oklah sambung lain kali pulak. Ngantok, nak tido.
